About Dr. Sheshang Kamath
Dr. Sheshang Kamath completed his undergraduate medical training (M.B.B.S) from
Seth G.S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai in 2013, passing in his
first attempt. He then completed his postgraduate training (M.S. General Surgery) from
Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Mumbai in 2016, again in his
first attempt — demonstrating consistent academic excellence throughout.
He subsequently undertook his superspeciality training in M.Ch Urology at Seth G.S
Medical College and KEM Hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 — an institution
widely regarded as India's premier centre for urological training. During this period, he
gained extensive experience across all sub-specialities of urology including Endo Urology,
Uro-Oncology, Reconstructive Urology, Paediatric Urology, Andrology and Renal Transplantation.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kamath has been an active researcher, presenting
award-winning papers at national and international urology conferences, publishing in
indexed journals, and organising major surgical workshops and camps.
